Return & Refund Policy
In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), Wellgroe accepts return or refund requests within 7 days from receipt for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used consumable hygiene products are non-returnable, unless proven defective upon delivery.
To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and clear photo or video evidence.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
